Job Description
The Shift Leader partners with the store management team to assist with the overall operations of the store, including customer service, food service, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Proficient in all customer service representative job responsibilities.
  • Practices and promotes the FiveStar treatment.
  • Assists in timely and thorough training of customer service representatives.
  • Assists in educating store team on policies and communications.
  • Assists store management team in ensuring inventory control methods are in place.
  • Partners with store management team to assure quality food operation.
  • Responsible for Merchandising up to and including evaluating displays, pricing, promotional signage.
  • Educate store employees.
