Job Description
The Shift Leader partners with the store management team to learn and assist with the overall operations of the store on an assigned shift, including customer service, food service, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Proficient in all customer service representative job responsibilities.
  • Practices and promotes the FiveStar treatment (friendly atmosphere, customer’s needs met, suggestive selling).
  • Partners with FiveStar team to provide customers with service as outlined by the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Assists in timely and thorough training of customer service representatives.
  • Assists in educating store team on policies and communications.
  • Assist store management team in ensuring inventory control methods are in place, equipment is in good condition, and safety and robbery prevention guidelines are in place.
  • Partners with store management team to assure quality food operation.
  • Follows-up with store employees on communications, up to and including emails, weekly and monthly specials, companywide programs.
  • Responsible for Merchandising up to and including evaluating displays, pricing, promotional signage.
  • Educate store employees.
