Job Description
The Shift Leader partners with the store management team to learn and assist with the overall operations of the store on an assigned shift, including customer service, food service, and marketing. They will assist in training and directing customer service representatives in their duties as required by company policy and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proficient in all customer service representative job responsibilities
  • Practices and promotes the FiveStar treatment (friendly atmosphere, customer’s needs met, suggestive selling)
  • Assists in timely and thorough training of customer service representatives
  • Assists in educating store team on policies and communications
  • Partners with store management team to assure quality food operation
  • Responsible for Merchandising up to and including evaluating displays, pricing, promotional signage
  • Educate store employees
