Job Description
The Shift Leader partners with the store management team to assist with the overall operations of the store on an assigned shift, including customer service, food service, and marketing. They will assist in training and directing customer service representatives in their duties.

  • Practices and promotes the FiveStar treatment.
  • Assists in timely and thorough training of customer service representatives.
  • Partners with store management team to assure quality food operation.
  • Responsible for Merchandising, evaluating displays, pricing, promotional signage.
