The Shift Leader partners with the store management team to assist with store operations, customer service, and training of customer service representatives.

Requirements

  • Proficient in all customer service representative job responsibilities.
  • Practices and promotes the FiveStar treatment.
  • Partners with FiveStar team to provide customers with service.
  • Assists in timely and thorough training of customer service representatives.
  • Assists in educating store team on policies and communications.
  • Assists store management team in ensuring inventory control methods are in place.
  • Partners with store management team to assure quality food operation.
  • Follows-up with store employees on communications.
  • Responsible for Merchandising.
  • Educate store employees.
