Job Description
Join our team as a Shift Leader and lead your team to ensure exceptional service and smooth operations during your shift. As a Shift Leader, you'll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
  • 1 or more years of restaurant supervisory experience or certified on all EPL SPECS positions
  • Pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire
