Job Description
We are looking for a Shift Leader to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience, provide feedback and coach team members when needed, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your career and rise like one of our bagels. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
  • Must be able to pass background check
  • Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification
  • Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations)
