Role OverviewWe are looking for Shift Leaders who can take ownership of the restaurant and lead a team during their shift. This is a working leadership position where you will spend most of your time on the floor with the team, but when you are running the shift, you are responsible for making sure the restaurant is operating the way it should.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for running shifts, keeping the team organized and productive, providing great customer service, and maintaining standards for speed, accuracy, food quality, and cleanliness.

Requirements
- Able to reliably work scheduled shifts
- Comfortable leading and coaching a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Follow all Firehouse Subs policies, food safety requirements, and applicable regulations
- Restaurant experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with strong leadership potential and the right attitude
