Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence, enthusiasm, and excellence, and optimizes product sales while effectively managing waste and maintaining an inviting coffeehouse environment.

Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role
- Must be at least 18 years of age
