Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence, enthusiasm, and excellence, leads shifts with an unwavering commitment to Make Fun Happen, optimizes product sales, and maintains a well-executed coffeehouse environment.

Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role
