Role OverviewThe Shift Leader is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the coffeehouse in partnership with the General Manager or the Assistant General Manager.
What You Will Do
Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence, enthusiasm, and excellence, leads shifts, optimizes product sales, and maintains a well-executed coffeehouse environment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The Shift Leader will take ownership of the current shift, set up a smooth hand-off for the shift that follows, and develop Team Members, providing coaching and feedback in the moment.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
