Job Description
Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to lead shifts and ensure team engagement and guest satisfaction. The Shift Leader will be responsible for training team members, executing SOP and quality standards, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience
  • Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
