Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Havana Store in Aurora, CO. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations, manage employees, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, production, manufacturing, or similar industries
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years' retail experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, and staff
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow Goodwill's policies and procedures
