Job Description
Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Leetsdale Store in Denver, CO. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day leadership of associates and teams, monitoring the retail center, and addressing safety, customer focus, and product flow issues. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and two years of retail experience.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Two years' retail experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Able to obtain certification in all employee positions
  • Able to obtain walkie stacker and/or forklift certification
  • Able to quickly problem solve and make decisions
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and follow Goodwill's policies and procedures
  • Proficient in office equipment and software
