Job Description
Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Shift Supervisor for its retail center in Pueblo, CO. The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience and be able to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for leading teams, managing breaks, and facilitating employee purchases. They will also be responsible for tasks such as counting drawers, making change, and assisting with inventory processes. The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of retail experience. They should also be able to communicate effectively and problem solve quickly.
