Job Description
Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a versatile and adaptable Shift Supervisor to lead teams in retail centers. The successful candidate will have experience in supervisory roles, preferably in retail, restaurant, hospitality, production, or manufacturing. They will be responsible for day-to-day leadership, task/functional leadership, and customer focus, with a focus on maintaining a positive and safe work environment. The Shift Supervisor will work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and will be eligible for Daily Pay, paid time off, and medical benefits.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Two (2) years' retail experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and electronically
  • Ability to quickly problem solve and make decisions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow Goodwill's policies and procedures
