Job Description
The Shift Supervisor partners with the store management team to learn and assist in managing the overall operations of the store, including accounting, marketing, customer service, and food service. They manage, assist, and direct store team in their duties as required by company policy and procedures as they learn basic management duties.

Requirements

  • Proficient in customer service and food service responsibilities.
  • Assists in timely and thorough training of store team.
  • Merchandising and ensuring adequate inventory levels (evaluate displays, pricing, promotional signage, out of stocks).
  • Responsible for general store operations in the absence of store management team.
  • Partners with store management team to assure quality food operation.
  • Ability to work on different shifts (a.m., p.m., overnight), weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
