Role Overview

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the policies, procedures, and operations of the gaming room during their shift. They must ensure fair play, accuracy in payouts, and compliance with gaming regulations. The supervisor must also maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and assets.

What You Will Do

The Shift Supervisor will facilitate the daily count procedure, close the room according to property and state guidelines, and make final decisions on gaming-related rulings. They will also oversee the operation of poker and table games, monitor gaming floor activity, and adjust staffing levels and game offerings as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
  • Three to five years of progressive experience in gaming operations management
  • Must obtain valid gaming license, where applicable
