Job Description
The Shift Supervisor Level 1 is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining site upkeep, and performing basic troubleshooting. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication skills, and customer service skills. The supervisor must be able to work weekends and demonstrate responsibility while the site manager is off-site.
