Role OverviewThe Shift Supervisor Level 2 will provide excellent customer service, enforce safety policies, and assist the Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs. The role requires flexibility in working weekends and being able to work in a team.
What You Will Do
The position includes customer interaction, site upkeep, opening/closing procedures, and basic troubleshooting. The supervisor will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options.
