Job Description
Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management, fulfill customer experience duties, supervise store crew, and resolve customer service issues.

Requirements

  • Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
  • May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absence of store management
  • May supervise store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
  • May represent management in resolving customer service issues
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
