Job Description
The Shift Supervisor directs a staff of Residential Aides in providing direct assistance to clients at a 200-bed emergency shelter for homeless women diagnosed with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Responsibilities include guiding and directing staff, overseeing facility operations, and participating in daily meetings.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years familiarity working with underserved populations
Fire Guard certification F-02 or Fire Safety Coordinator F-80
First Aide/CPR
Narcan Certified
