Role OverviewThe Shift Supervisor organizes and directs during scheduled shifts of the forming, packing, carton, maintenance, and warehousing areas engaged in the manufacturing of quality glass containers within company and customer specifications. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, training employees, maintaining records, and establishing effective work relationships.
What You Will Do
Administer effective safety programs, provide necessary training updates, maintain administrative records, establish and maintain effective work relationships, and comply with environmental and food safety standards.

Requirements

- Must possess strong planning and organizational skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
