Role OverviewThe Shift Supervisor position reports to the Site Director or the Assistant Site Director and is accountable for overseeing a team of Ambassadors responsible for operational and participant services at Housing Sites. The Shift Supervisor makes key decisions related to site operations in collaboration with the site's leadership.
What You Will Do
The Shift Supervisor will drive positive change by guiding the team in adopting innovative solutions, promoting community engagement, and supporting the mission to end homelessness. They will coach the team in de-escalating conflicts, fostering creative solutions, and building a strong sense of community.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of previous supervisory experience preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience working with at-risk populations and/or adults with multiple disabilities
- Must wear provided PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and adhere to all safety guidelines and requirements, when needed
