Role OverviewAssists managers in all phases of restaurant operations, including operation in absence of manager. Ensures prompt, friendly service, and achieves company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation.
What You Will Do
Ensures prompt service, completes duties of managers in their absence, controls cash and other receipts, enforces alcohol awareness, and fills in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

Requires excellent basic math skills, ability to operate a cash register or POS system, and ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Requirements
- Minimum- must have previous serving and/or bartending experience
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Serve Safe certification complete
- TIPS certification complete
- Possess excellent basic math skills
- Ability to operate a cash register or POS system
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
