Role OverviewThe Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently to create a WOW experience for customers. They oversee an assigned shift and work in partnership with the shop leadership team for overall shop support.
What You Will Do
The Shift Supervisor will lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop, manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, and help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly team members.

Requirements
- Two years of relevant experience
- One year of experience supervising a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be 18 years of age or older
