Job Description
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing the activities of hourly production employees in the Paper Machine department to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining safety and quality. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and computer skills
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Ability to work within labor agreement if applicable
  • Ability to work in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  • Ability to wear and abide by Personal Protective Equipment
