Role OverviewThe ShipBob Warehouse Manager will oversee all operations for the location, including assigning and directing process work, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and be committed to the expansion and success of the business.
What You Will Do
Direct several operational aspects, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for your site's performance KPIs, identify and track key metrics, and plan continuous improvement efforts.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will work directly with the Director of Operations and the ShipBob Regional Directors to ensure all daily operational, merchant, and inventory metrics are exceeded. You will be the main point of contact between the ShipBob Fulfillment partner and the leadership team.
