Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Shipfitter to join our team at Textron Systems. As a Shipfitter, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as measuring, cutting, and drilling of assorted materials. You will work from engineering drawings and sketches, and must be able to handle chemicals and solvents. You will also be responsible for maintaining records and forms, and working in a team environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of related aluminum/shipyard experience
  • Formal craft training
  • Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings and sketches
  • Basic computer skills
