Role OverviewJELD-WEN is seeking a Shipper Receiver to join our growing team. The role involves operating propane and electric forklift vehicles to transport material throughout the warehouse and production areas. The successful candidate will assist in the loading and unloading of product onto semi-trucks and perform various tasks to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include operating hi-lo vehicles, performing start of shift preventative maintenance inspections, moving raw and finished product to designated areas, and loading semi-trucks and box trucks with required finished product.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of a high school education and one year of factory-related experience in shipping and receiving or forklift operation. You should be able to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math. Additionally, you will need to be licensed forklift truck operator.
