Role OverviewZing Recruiting is seeking an experienced Shipping Administrator to support domestic and international shipping operations for a leading global manufacturing company in Lakeland, FL.
What You Will Do
Coordinate domestic and international shipments, prepare BOLs, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export documents, create shipments, paperwork, and planned complete orders in SAP, coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, shipping lines, and customs brokers, track shipments and communicate delays or transportation issues.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Previous shipping, logistics, or transportation experience, experience with Bills of Lading and shipping/export documentation, knowledge of DOT and HazMat shipping requirements, SAP shipping experience strongly preferred, IATA, IMDG, and/or DOT training is a big plus, working knowledge of Excel, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to become certified.
