Job Description
Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Shipping/Receiving Associate is responsible for the receiving and shipment of finished goods, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. The role involves receiving finished goods, performing quality checks, and maintaining finished goods/work orders and other components in receiving/shipping staging areas.

Requirements

  • Receives finished goods from loading area and performs quality checks
  • Key receiving data into warehouse management system to create pallet tags for movement to active inventory
  • Organizes and maintains finished goods/work orders and other components in receiving/shipping staging areas
  • Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
  • Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and cGMPs guidelines
  • Obtain MHE certification for loading/unloading trailers
  • Must comply with GMP requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • 1+ year experience in a warehouse environment with hand-jacks
  • Experience with Microsoft office and warehouse management system
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours
  • Flexibility for overtime when needed
  • Must be able to read/write English
  • Ability to work autonomously and use resources available to complete tasks timely
