Role OverviewThe Shipping and Receiving Clerk I works closely with internal teams to manage the flow of materials in and out of the facility, receiving and inspecting inbound shipments, verifying order accuracy, and preparing outbound shipments in accordance with established procedures.
What You Will Do
Check orders and package to SDM and/or customer specifications, review work instructions for special packaging needs, package orders in compliance to best shipping practices and customer requirements, verify correctness of shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and ensure products are packaged and shipped correctly and in a timely manner.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have reading, math, computer, and good communication skills, ability to operate pallet jacks, ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, and experience in manufacturing environment is nice to have.
