Role OverviewThe Receiver reports directly to the Operations Manager and serves as the primary point of contact for all inbound waste shipments entering the facility. This position is responsible for coordinating the safe, accurate, and compliant receipt of materials while ensuring all waste profiles, manifests, shipping documents, quality requirements, and regulatory documentation are verified prior to acceptance.
What You Will Do
Receiving & Documentation, Utilize the computerized scale system to accurately record inbound and outbound weights, Enter receiving information into company operating systems while maintaining accurate production and inventory records.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or technical training in Logistics, Environmental Services, Industrial Operations, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of receiving, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or waste industry experience
- Experience in hazardous or non-hazardous waste management, transportation, or industrial operations preferred
- Experience utilizing computerized scale systems, inventory systems, or ERP software preferred
- Ability to accurately review manifests, shipping papers, bills of lading, and waste profile documentation
- Familiarity with waste receiving, material handling, inventory control, and production workflows
- Ability to operate forklifts and other mobile equipment or obtain certification within the required timeframe
