Role OverviewUnder general supervision, receives product into the warehouse storage area and prepares product or materials for shipment per order specifications. Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near warehouse, plant, or work site. Reads work orders or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
What You Will Do
Receives, unpacks, and examines goods shipped and verifies completeness of shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and other records. Prepares and/or maintains warehouse/shipping documents. Maintains a computerized inventory of received/shipped goods to provide status reports to management, sales, suppliers or customers as required.

Requires thorough knowledge of the shipping/receiving function and warehouse operations. Requires data entry, math, computer and good written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent, with mathematics emphasis.
- 3-4 years related experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and forklift/power truck certification; clamp truck experience is a plus.
