Role OverviewAs a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials in and out of our facility. You'll be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments, as well as preparing and shipping outgoing orders accurately and on time.
What You Will Do
Process incoming shipments and packages, inspect incoming deliveries for damage, prepare outbound shipments, package materials according to shipping requirements, and coordinate secure and timely shipments with carriers.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
- Valid driver's license
- 5+ years of forklift or material-handling equipment experience with a valid certification
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately enter and manage data in digital systems
- Ability to work onsite in Rio Rancho, NM
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support operational requirements
- Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting packages up to 25–75 lbs throughout the shift
- Ability to prioritize through receipts based off company needs
- 5+ years of experience working with hazardous materials in a shipping, receiving, transporting, or handling hazardous materials
- Clear communicator capable of working in a fast-paced environment
