Job Description
The Shipping Clerk is essential to ensuring the accurate and timely movement of products from our facility to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Receive and review orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure the correct products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment
  • Verify order contents, quantities, and shipping details to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries in a timely manner
  • Prepare shipping documentation and labels in compliance with regulatory and company requirements
  • Monitor and track shipments to confirm on-time delivery and proactively address delays
  • Communicate clearly and professionally – both verbally and in writing – with internal teams, carriers, and customers to provide shipping updates
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to order status, shipping timelines, and tracking information
  • Enter finished goods into SAP with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support general warehouse and facility tasks during downtime, including cleaning, organizing, or operating a forklift (if certified)
