Role OverviewThe Shipping Lead coordinates scheduling and staffing, manages shipping workflows, and trains new Shipping Associates. They are expected to be a cultural ambassador and support the integration of company values into the daily routine.
What You Will Do
Lead day-to-day shipping operations, coordinate workload distribution, pack and ship shipments, train new Shipping Associates, and serve as the first point of contact for operational questions and issue resolution.

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using shipping software, carrier portals, or warehouse systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
