Job Description

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a warehouse/distribution center
  • 2-3 years of shipping experience
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment focusing on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints is required
  • Must be able to stretch wrap product on pallets properly
  • Ability to use Shipping Software, Automation Equipment and perform tasks per Shimano’s standard operating procedures and customer guidelines
  • Must meet and maintain performance standards set by the company
  • Good attitude and initiative. Takes pride in their work environment and embraces 5S principles
  • Ability to communicate verbally effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
