Job Description
The Shipping Manager is responsible for overseeing all shipping operations within the facility, supervising shipping staff, and monitoring shipping and receiving records.
Requirements
5+ years of shipping, warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment
2+ years of supervisory or management experience
Experience in poultry, meat processing, food manufacturing, or refrigerated distribution preferred
Strong understanding of shipping, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management practices
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and shipping software
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
