As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the facility, overseeing incoming shipments, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, inspect deliveries for damage, verify contents against packing lists, prepare shipping documentation, communicate with carriers and freight forwarders, maintain accurate inventory records, and operate warehouse equipment.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills required
- Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and shipping regulations (DOT, IATA) is beneficial
