Shipping/Receiving Associate

As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods into and out of our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming shipments, verifying their contents, and accurately documenting inventory. Additionally, you will prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring they are properly packaged, labeled, and dispatched to their respective destinations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated proficiency in order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving with emphasis on speed and accuracy
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and handle stressful workload peaks
• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude, computer literacy, and general clerical skills required
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel is beneficial
• Previous experience in equipment handling operations and knowledge of hazardous material procedures and guidelines is advantageous
