Role OverviewThe Shipping/Receiving Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the daily flow of inbound and outbound materials while actively participating in warehouse operations.
What You Will Do
Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, prepare outbound shipments, inspect incoming materials, and accurately receive and ship transactions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The Coordinator performs all duties of a Shipping/Receiving Operator while providing additional leadership in scheduling, prioritization, documentation, and problem resolution.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years warehouse shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Previous experience coordinating warehouse operations preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
