Role OverviewThe Shipping Superintendent will oversee and manage supervisors and employees to guarantee highest productivity daily, promote a safe environment, and follow company SOP's in accordance with USDA/HACCP requirements.
What You Will Do
The Shipping Superintendent will read and analyze production schedules, assist employees with jobs, follow up on repairs or maintenance, communicate closely with Traffic and Customer Service departments, and work closely with Purchasing and Production to maintain and order dry ice and pallets.
