What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet customer expectations. Plan, prioritize, and assign daily work to align labor and equipment with volume, service commitments, and customer requirements.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while holding high standards for safety, accuracy, productivity, and attendance
- Experience planning labor and work assignments in a high-volume, deadline-driven operation
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS); strong overall computer and data entry skills
- Clear and confident communication skills – able to set expectations, give feedback, and partner effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Commitment to continuous improvement and a “roll up your sleeves” approach to supporting the operation
