Role OverviewAs a Shipping Supervisor, you will lead the daily shipping operation and help ensure customer orders are loaded accurately, shipped on time, and handled safely and efficiently.
What You Will Do
Supervise and support Shipping employees, oversee the loading of finished products, coordinate with Logistics Manager, and work closely with Sales and Customer Service.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehousing, or a manufacturing environment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience coordinating transportation, truck schedules, or freight carriers
- Forklift or truck driving experience
- Experience using shipping, inventory, ERP, or transportation systems
