Role OverviewThe Shipping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities, including shipping & receiving of materials, maintaining accurate inventory and associated records, and ensuring a productive, safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
What You Will Do
Perform monthly audits, supervise Shipping and Receiving employees, lead daily toolbox talks, maintain productivity and quality levels, identify damages and report overages/shortages, and collaborate with the Inventory Supervisor.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in related positions or within an industrial environment
- High School diploma/GED (required)
- Valid Driver's License
- OSHA 10 (Preferred)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish preferred)
