Role OverviewThe Shipping Supervisor leads the shipping team, ensures products are shipped accurately and efficiently, maintains inventory integrity, and promotes a safe, organized, and productive work environment. What You Will Do
Supervise and coordinate daily outbound shipping operations, lead and coach shipping team members, monitor compliance with warehouse procedures and food safety standards, and ensure proper product handling and rotation procedures.

Requirements

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, carry up to 50 pounds, and push or pull up to 30 pounds of force
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to work in refrigerated and cold warehouse environments for extended periods
