Job Description
The Boeing Company is looking for a Shipside Operations Specialist to support the ESRC 7.36 Wire Shop LSCC SOS team onsite in Everett, Washington. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to identify, investigate, and develop countermeasures to drive improvement projects in production.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
  • 1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • 3+ years of experience working in operations analysis or operations research
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required excellent communication, collaboration, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required strong problem solving and analytical skills
