Role OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Mechanic / Shop Coordinator to support our shop operations in Traverse City, MI. This role is ideal for someone with basic mechanical knowledge who is eager to learn and grow within the concrete construction industry.
What You Will Do
Assist with basic maintenance and repairs of construction equipment, clean and organize shop, yard, and equipment storage areas, load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies, operate forklifts and skid loaders, track tools and equipment, and perform general labor tasks.

Requirements
- Leather work boots (steel or composite toe protection are recommended)
- Must have reliable transportation to the workplace(s)/ job location(s).
- Ability to pass drug screening.
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
